Peter organized fantastic trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, making my experience unforgettable. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was quiet despite being in a busy area. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were comfortable and great value for money.

The staff were very professional and helpful during the 4 nights we stayed there. The ambience felt really family and the service was excellent. The location was incredible, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Old Quarter. There was a good restaurant, a market and stores next door.
